Jason
Marketing Manager
In 2017, Jason joined the Wikimotive team as a content writer with no real sense of what was to come. A lifelong “creative” his varied resume included such credits as artist, writer, playwright, actor, director, comedian, and frontman to a number of bands. Such aptitudes would be put to great use when Jason was named as Creative Director for Wikimotive’s marketing arm, Wikid Media. However, it was the fusion of those skills with the ones he honed (in his past life working with countless global brands) as a National Sales & Marketing Manager that drives Wikimotive’s stream of entertaining and informative content.
In his current role as Wikimotive’s Marketing Manager, Jason oversees the creation of all branded content and the facilitation of all marketing efforts. This includes the design of industry magazine covers and the conceptualization of such popular video series as ‘Just the Tip’, ‘High Performance’, ‘SEO Climb’, ‘ThinkBetter’, ‘GBB|DIY’, and the industry-celebrated mini movie ‘Search Wars’.
That said, anyone who knows Jason knows that his most important role is that of “Pop” to his daughter, Emma (short for ‘Emmanuelle’) and his Australian Shepherd, Cash (short for ‘Sir Cashworth von Aussieson’).
Don’t make a distinction between work and play. Regard everything that you are doing as play, and don’t imagine for one minute that you’ve got to be serious about it.
Jack
Production Specialist
A graduate of Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT, Jack holds a degree in Media Studies, Journalism & Digital Arts, with minors in Digital Marketing and Environmental Studies.
Combining his strong creative foundation with an analytical mindset, Jack brings a thoughtful and adaptable approach to every project he takes on. In addition, his blend of communication skills, digital fluency, and curiosity makes him a natural fit for an environment where learning and collaboration are key.
Outside of work, Jack spends much of his time outdoors: golfing, fishing, skiing, or hitting the ice for a game of hockey. The youngest of nine siblings, he’s used to being kept company, a tradition that endures thanks to his two loyal Labrador Retrievers, Oakley and Bentley, and a cat named Rue, all of whom ensure life stays lively (and occasionally chaotic).
Shannon
Production Specialist
Shannon brings a creative, hands-on marketing background to Wikimotive, with experience managing in-house advertising and marketing efforts for a local building materials company. In her previous role, she handled everything from day-to-day advertising initiatives to designing flyers and signage, while also planning customer appreciation events that helped strengthen customer relationships and community engagement. Shannon has always enjoyed working within smaller companies where collaboration comes naturally, and individual contributions can make a meaningful impact on marketing success.
With a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for creative problem-solving, Shannon enjoys finding thoughtful ways to connect with audiences and support business growth. She values the opportunity to wear many hats, bring ideas to life, and contribute to a team environment where creativity and adaptability go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Shannon embraces her self-proclaimed “old soul” tendencies. She’s an avid reader who enjoys getting lost in a good book and has recently been reteaching herself knitting while attempting to master crochet along the way. Her love of Classic Rock is always close by, and she can often be found binge-watching favorites like Murder, She Wrote and other timeless classics.
Jessica
Production Specialist
Jessica brings a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development to Wikimotive, with experience spanning both the fitness and automotive industries. Most recently, she worked in automotive sales and business development roles, where she built lasting relationships with customers and colleagues while contributing to a variety of creative projects along the way. She also holds an MBA in Marketing, combining hands-on industry experience with a strong foundation in strategic marketing and communication.
A naturally creative and people-focused professional, Jessica enjoys finding ways to blend creativity with connection in everything she does. Whether collaborating with a team, supporting clients, or bringing new ideas to life, she values authenticity, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships.
Outside of work, Jessica’s creative side is always in motion. She enjoys painting, knitting, and taking on just about any craft project she can find—a creative passion that often carries over into the kitchen, where she loves making homemade baked goods and meals. She’s also a music lover who enjoys singing, listening to nearly every genre, and attending EDM shows whenever she gets the chance. When she’s not spending time with her partner, Mitchell, with friends, or out on the water, she’s at home with her two dogs: Apollo, her loving nine-year-old pittie mix, and Gemma, her energetic five-year-old Doberman mix.
Alex
Editor
Alex joins Wikimotive as a Content Editor with a uniquely diverse professional background that includes theater scenic production, archival processing, historical site interpretation, and education. Most recently, he worked as a high school substitute teacher, building strong communication skills and adapting to new challenges every day. His winding path has taught him the value of building expertise through experience and always learning from those around you. At every step along the way, he’s worked on building a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and an appreciation for clear, engaging storytelling.
Whether he’s organizing complex information, collaborating with a team, or tackling a new project, Alex enjoys finding practical solutions and bringing creativity to his work.
Outside of work, Alex is a musician who plays the piano and is always happy to pick up the tuba when the opportunity presents itself. He’s a devoted Red Sox fan, enjoys strategy games that put his problem-solving skills to the test, and has a soft spot for delightfully bad 1980s horror movies. At home, he’s kept company by Stella, his 11-year-old mixed-breed dog, who has been a loyal companion for over a decade.
Maddie
Support Implemenation Specialist
Maddie brings a unique mix of customer service, creativity, and organizational experience to Wikimotive. Her professional background includes roles as a Financial Customer Associate, a Graphic Artist, and, most recently, a Regional Barista Trainer, where she helped support team development and day-to-day operations across multiple locations. With experience balancing both people-focused work and creative problem-solving, Maddie is excited to bring her versatility and collaborative approach to the Support Team.
Known for her adaptability and attention to detail, Maddie enjoys finding ways to create smooth, positive experiences for both customers and teammates alike. Her background in customer support and training has helped her develop strong communication skills, while her creative experience adds an extra layer of thoughtful problem-solving to everything she does.
Outside of work, Maddie enjoys time spent with her partner and their dog, Bentley, as well as playing video games. A lover of live music, she enjoys attending concerts, exploring creative outlets, and staying connected with the people and activities that inspire her most. Whether she’s working on artistic projects, discovering new coffee spots, or spending time with friends and family, she brings the same upbeat energy and creativity to her personal life that she does to her professional work.
Andi
Paid Ads Strategist
Andi brings nearly 20 years of digital marketing experience to Wikimotive, including the last 15 years dedicated exclusively to the automotive industry. Her background spans everything from full agency partnerships to hands-on campaign strategy across Google Ads, Bing, and paid social platforms. With a deep understanding of both data and dealership operations, Andi enjoys helping clients connect strategy to measurable results.
Known for her collaborative approach and industry expertise, Andi thrives on building strong partnerships and finding smart, effective solutions that drive performance. Her years of experience in automotive marketing have given her a well-rounded perspective and a passion for staying connected to the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Outside of work, Andi is always ready for her next adventure — especially if it involves sunshine and water. A certified scuba diving instructor, she previously taught diving in Bonaire and Venezuela, experiences she describes as unforgettable. She also enjoys spending time with her adult children, escaping to the beach whenever possible, and cheering on the Ravens as a dedicated football fan. After several years in South Florida, Andi recently made the move back to Maryland.
At home, Andi has a lively crew of pets that keeps things interesting, including two chihuahua pups, two cats she bottle-fed and raised, and her son’s snake (which she’s still trying to convince him not to breed). Someday, she’d love to trade suburban life for a small farm complete with chickens, goats, and plenty of space for even more animals.
Stephanie
Production Specialist
Stephanie’s expansive career in digital design and marketing reflects a wide variety of well-earned steps and opportunities. With her education in graphic and web design, along with time spent in both roles serving as her foundation, she has gone on to manage SEO/SEM teams and most recently served as a digital product manager.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys time spent at the beaches of Maine, playing video games (PUBG and World of Warcraft, in particular), and is a passionate consumer of metalcore music, horror movies, paintings, and photography, as well as an avid reader of fantasy books. She also enjoys time with her 110 lb German Shepherd (Kevin) and two cats (Theo and Bitty).
Stephanie also boasts expert-level skills when it comes to arcade claw machines––and is often joined by her niece in amassing and then distributing their expansive winnings to all the kids (and sometimes adults) whose attempts weren’t quite as fruitful.
Benjamin
Production Specialist
The recent recipient of his B.A in Communications, Ben comes to Wikimotive by way of the University of New Hampshire. All too glad to put his degree to work, Ben is happy to join the Wikimotive team where he’s able to reflect triumphantly on his masterful escape from retail purgatory. A lifelong resident of the Granite State, Ben describes himself as a “theatre kid in self-exile” who appreciates an eclectic mix of tabletop and videogames, including an unapologetic appreciation for ‘Warhammer 40,000’.
Steve
Production Specialist
Steve joins the Wikimotive team following a lengthy career in the mental health field. A psychology major, Steve’s warm and thoughtful demeanor combined with his thoroughness have inevitably benefitted the countless people he’s worked with across 13 years as a residential counselor, and 5 years as an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist. Now, those same traits benefit Wikimotive’s clients and in-house culture alike; and we’re glad to welcome him to the team.
When not further enriching our dedicated publishing team, Steve enjoys time with his family, movies, games of all kinds, being a diehard Boston Bruins fan, and (whenever possible) exploring photography adventures.
Kirsten
Paid Ads Strategist
Kirsten brings a curious mindset and a passion for problem-solving to everything she does. A self-described jack of all trades, she thrives on researching, learning new skills, and sharing knowledge with others. Whether she’s tackling a new challenge or helping a teammate navigate a complex process, she believes that a little humor can go a long way in making learning more engaging and enjoyable.
After earning a BA in Journalism, Public Relations, and Psychology from Keene State College, Kirsten began her career in SEO and digital marketing. During her time at Wikimotive, she played an important role in helping grow the Marketing Generalist team and build processes that support long-term success. Today, she brings that experience to the Paid Ads team, where she focuses on continuous improvement, collaboration, and finding creative solutions that drive results.
Outside of work, Kirsten stays busy balancing an ever-growing collection of hobbies. You can often find her kayaking, creating art across a variety of mediums, watching movies, or spending time gaming with friends. No matter the activity, she’s always eager to learn something new and share the experience with those around her.
Josh
Director of Production
Josh joined Wikimotive in 2020 bringing with him a unique blend of technical expertise, creative talent, and a passion for the automotive industry. Since then, he’s steadily grown alongside the company—first as a publisher, then leading the ever-growing publishing team, and now overseeing all stages of Wikimotive content production. His leadership is driven by a focus on collaboration, process improvement, and helping teams deliver exceptional work at scale.
Before making the leap into digital marketing, Josh spent 15 years building a career in the life safety industry, working across dispatch, remote services, data entry, contracts, and answering services. Those experiences sharpened his eye for detail, strengthened his love of problem-solving, and gave him an appreciation for efficient systems and reliable processes.
A lifelong Mazda enthusiast, Josh was originally drawn to Wikimotive by the opportunity to work in the automotive space. As a member of the New England Mazda Auto Club, he spent years modifying and fine-tuning cars, combining technical know-how with hands-on craftsmanship. That same curiosity and drive to improve things continues to shape his leadership style today.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their son, Leland. When he’s not with family, you’ll often find him exploring a creative outlet, whether that’s drawing, painting, working with ceramics, or capturing moments through photography. Whether he’s restoring a project car, solving a workflow challenge, or creating something from scratch, Josh brings both analytical thinking and creative perspective to everything he does.
Bri
Editor
Bri Fraser brings her love of language and storytelling to the Wikimotive team as an Editor, blending a sharp editorial eye with a passion for meaningful communication.
A recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she earned her BA in English and Sustainability, a combination that reflects her appreciation for both the written word and the natural world.
Before joining Wikimotive, Bri worked with the NH Humane Society, where her compassion for animals flourished (and where she met Bea, her beloved rescue pup).
Outside the office, you’ll most likely find Bri exploring the outdoors, whether she’s running, camping, or hiking somewhere new. When she finally slows down, she’s probably immersed in a good book, especially historical fiction, and can happily spend hours chatting about her favorite reads.
Isabella
Editor
Isabella (or ‘Izzy’) joins our Editorial team after 5 years of teaching English, writing, and film studies (among a variety of other subjects) in both the private and public sectors. A Master’s Degree combined with her professional experience means she’s no stranger to critical thinking, research, editing, or revision – and her enthusiastic affinity for teamwork makes her all the more of a welcome addition to the Wikimotive team.
A self-proclaimed “ardent reader and collector of beautiful books”, Izzy fills her library with literature embellished with cool art – and fills her time with dance, the study of various folklore (including her personal favorite, the Loch Ness Monster) and enjoys the life she’s built with her husband (& college sweetheart).
Kristofer
Editor
A student of television, Kris got a degree in screenwriting, won a short script competition, and promptly forsook the studio system for the freedom of authordom. He wrote a five-part biography on the legendary folk duo Simon & Garfunkel, the latter of which did not appreciate (Garfunkels everywhere hate him!!), followed by various novels (transgressive fiction, coming-of-age horror, epistolary alt-history, rabbit-themed psychosis amidst a midlife crisis, etcetera) and an indulgent history/comedy podcast he co-hosts with his wife.
Shy at the outset, he is unexpectedly eccentric and prone to enthusiastic rants about niche topics that aren’t conventionally considered fascinating. He is a former schoolteacher, defense contractor, and Disney intern, and is forever a progressive malcontent. When not at work, or at work, Kris can be found in his carefully-simulated ‘human’ enclosure, neurotically archiving ideas and inspiration, curating playlists of new music, devouring Wikipedia, and trying to keep up with his precocious, devious corndog/sunbeam of a daughter and his charming, manic goofball/bear cub of a son.
(Ask him about his musical.)
Wyatt
Managing Editor
The editorial equivalent of a Colorado-class super dreadnought, Wyatt arrived at Wikimotive heavily-armed, and ready to deliver results.
Fueled by his passion for both history and geopolitics, Wyatt has earned his Bachelors Degree from St. John’s College and Masters Degree in Military History from Norwich University. During his tenure at the former, he was Captain of the Fencing Club (and once counted ‘Certified Archery Instructor’ among his uniquely impressive credentials).
Wyatt got his start as a writer blogging about naval history, only to end up in the automotive world after binge-watching Initial D and Wangan Midnight. He is a fan of all things sports cars and JDM but is best known for driving his soft-top Mazda Miata every day, even when there are several feet of snow on the ground.
When he is not writing about cars or attending local autocross events, he continues to pursue his passion for history and other forms of writing.
Kelsea
Content Production Manager
Of the roughly 800,000 words that Wikimotive publishes monthly, almost all of it goes by Kelsea in some capacity. Kelsea started at Wikimotive as an editor but has worked her way up to Content Operations Manager, handling the day-to-day goings of both the editors and the writers that work for Wikimotive.
As the Content Operations Manager, she oversees the planning, assignment, and production of all content produced by Wikimotive. From answering emails to hunting down information for a client, there is never a dull day in the content department.
Outside of the office, Kelsea has amassed a great number of hobbies, from taking care of plants and her animals to miniatures, paper crafts, and embroidery. You can often find her wandering around a craft store, pet supplies store, or a greenhouse in her spare time if she doesn’t have her nose buried in a Neil Gaiman novel.
With a tenacious drive for accuracy and a work ethic to match, her tireless efforts at home and in the office translate to a near-endless stream of superb content.
Kurtis
Junior Technical SEO Specialist
An avid motorcyclist, car enthusiast and general power sports fanatic, Kurtis claims that “if it has wheels and a motor, [he’ll] probably find some way to nearly die on it”. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with previous experience as a service writer. And it’s that fusion of automotive passion, fearless mindset, and completionist approach that made Kurtis an ideal inclusion to the Wikimotive team.
In his spare time, Kurtis plays a lot of video games (credited for some of his more “brilliant” ideas) and enjoys his time with his Shiba Inu, named Akira.
Ben
SEO Strategist
A New Hampshire native, Ben’s journey to Wikimotive included earning his Media Arts & Technology degree from the College of Engineering Sciences at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Believing in Search Engine Optimization as a crucial component of the modern consumer experience, Ben returned to New Hampshire, where he spent several years working in SEO and Marketing.
Outside working hours, Ben splits the year between two competitive sports he has a deep affinity for. First, Ten Pin Bowling, which played a major role in setting his college trajectory. Second, Disc Golf, which blends his competitive nature with two of his other loves, the outdoors and opportunity for travel.
Ben is also a lover of media in all forms with a passionate insistence on both the quality of execution and resonance with the intended audience.
Jennifer
Senior SEO Strategist
A New York native, Jennifer makes her way to Wikimotive after eight years in the digital space, where she served as both a content writer and SEO specialist.
Before graduating from the Mass Communications program at Franklin Pierce University, Jennifer (a self-described “all-around media person”) cut her teeth on everything from TV production, to online and print newspapers, social media, and even taught herself how to man a radio switchboard in just under 30 minutes. She’s also an encyclopedia of disparate facts including (but not limited to) those related to medical and dental protocol, as well as home improvement and landscaping.
It’s this kind of passion and enthusiasm that compels Jennifer to see at least one movie per week, one live show per month, and read over 100 books per year. It’s also what earned her a spot in the last round of Teen Jeopardy try-outs when she was 13.
When not singlehandedly supporting production and publishing companies around the world, Jennifer enjoys stand-up comedy, trivia, puzzle games, ranking her favorite buskers in downtown Boston, and the company of her boyfriend and a goofy hound named Marshall.
Meaghan
Director of Search
Meaghan first discovered Wikimotive while preparing a college presentation about her dream employer. A few years later, she turned that dream into reality, joining the team as an Editor in 2020. What began as a role on the Content team quickly evolved into a passion for SEO, leading her to the Technical SEO team where she has helped develop and refine processes that maximize results for clients and strengthen long-term partnerships.
At her core, Meaghan is a strategist and problem-solver. She loves digging into data, testing new ideas, and uncovering opportunities that others might miss. Whether she’s analyzing search trends, building scalable processes, or tackling a complex technical challenge, she approaches every project with curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. That same mindset has made her a trusted resource for both teammates and clients alike.
One of Meaghan’s favorite things about Wikimotive is the opportunity to learn and teach every day. In addition to sharing knowledge internally, she enjoys helping automotive dealers better understand SEO through educational content, industry discussions, and thought leadership. If her name sounds familiar, you may have come across one of her blog posts or seen her insights on LinkedIn.
Outside of work, Meaghan continues to pursue her passion for music as an accomplished vocalist. She also enjoys spending time with her large family, tackling board games and puzzles with her husband, Tyler—who shares her connection to the automotive industry—and embracing any opportunity to put her critical-thinking skills to the test. At home, those game nights are often supervised by a pair of loyal dogs happily stationed at their feet.

In her free time, she embraces her friendships, seeks adventure through travel, and consumes an endless stream of thought-provoking content through books, music, and podcasts.
Andrew
VP of Product Development & Co-Founder
A Wikimotive Co-Founder and all-around renaissance-man, Andrew is a subject matter expert on all products and services that we offer. Managing full-stack website and application development projects while finding more efficient dev processes to be used in all aspects of the company, Andrew is an integral part of our daily operations – and the support we offer our valued clients. When he’s not on the clock, Andrew spends his time enjoying life with his wife Sarah and his children, Ollie & Ella.
Kyle
Senior Back-End Developer
Kyle is an experienced Back-End developer, proficient in Java Script, AWS, Git and Python – and a core influence in our internal culture. Whether client-facing or internal, he is responsible for building, maintaining, testing, and improving our digital products. Outside of business hours, Kyle is the celebrated coach of a varsity girl’s basketball team, and a motivated homeowner with a long list of home improvement projects he enjoys checking off one-by-one.
Julia
Project Leader
A graduate of Columbia College Chicago, with a focus in writing, Julia lived in the windy city for 7 years before returning to her New England roots. At that point she continued what would be a 15-year career in music gear sales, enabling her to feed her personal addiction as a “gear addict” while filling an array of roles including sales, listing writing, and providing valuable client support. This all led Julia to Wikimotive, where she serves as Project Leader within our Support Team.
Outside of working hours, Julia is the bassist for the NH-based band ‘Conduit’, which allows her to further her love of making loud, low, and often aggressive noises. She is also a self-proclaimed “Cat Lady”, complete with an acquired affinity for the endless lint-rolling that comes with such life choices.
Victoria
Technical Solutions Manager
A member of the Wikimotive team since 2020, Victoria has had an exciting history at the company. She started out as an editor, handling the word-side of the production line before moving over to the Support and Special Projects (SSP) department as a Project Generalist about two years into her time here. The SSP team allowed her to put her education in Management and Business to good use, and the showcase of her skills in project management, organization, and process streamlining have allowed her to work up to a Project Leader and now to the position of Technical Solutions Manager.
A graduate of Dean College double-majoring in Arts and Entertainment Management / Business, she has had a mix of eclectic and traditional education and work experiences that provide her with a unique perspective on the work that Wikimotive does. Her experiences in theater related roles, such as stage management, allows her to consider solutions from all angles, handle fast changes, keep track of multiple projects at once amongst all of our teams, and still be able to keep in mind the big picture of what Wikimotive does.
In her free time, Victoria can be found doing one of her many, many, many hobbies. She has a thirst for learning which has opened the door to some of her favorite activities including reading, knitting/crocheting, sewing, and even making chain mail. Self-taught in a lot of her areas of interest, Victoria is not afraid to try learning a new skill (even if she fails at it a lot first). If she’s not doing a hobby, she is most likely out to see a play or musical, immersing herself in the joy of live art.
Michaela Parker
Sales Assistant
Michaela brings 12 years of sales experience to Wikimotive, including nearly a decade of experience in the automotive industry. After spending more than seven years as an Internet Manager, she’s right at home in the CRM, working digital leads and partnering with marketing vendors and OEMs to keep things running smoothly.
A people person at heart, Michaela thrives on connection and conversation, valuing trust and a listen-first approach that puts others at ease in all that she does.
When she’s not at work, Michaela is usually with friends and family, checking out new spots, or saying yes to any social opportunity. At home, she shares the spotlight with Yogi, her cat-like Shih-tzu, and Maisy, an energy-packed Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She also grew up playing piano and performing in theater and choir. The piano may be a little rusty at this point, but the love of movies, karaoke, and a little dramatic flair still takes center stage.
Scott Rainville
Paid Ads Strategist
A veteran of the automotive industry, the richness of Scott’s tenure can be felt in the diversity of his contributions. Building one of the first BDC’s in the area, he empowered a highway Toyota store to rapidly increase their number of deals closed to 100 a month. Scott’s valued guidance would then position him as a consultant helping dealers across North America to design, staff, and promote BDC’s and digital marketing programs. He would go on to accept the role of Digital Marketing Manager for a dealer group touting 6 locations, 8 franchises, 2 collision centers and a car wash, helping the group to further increase their footprint. He then spent 5 years as part of an in-house dealer marketing team, managing all aspects of digital marketing for their 22 locations.
In joining the Wikimotive family, Scott looks forward to working with a wide variety of dealerships to help them reach new levels of success.
On weekends, Scott embraces his love of outdoor photography, traveling the many state parks and national wildlife reserves in the Delmarva peninsula in the company of his Aussie, Lily.
Erin Bright
Performance Manager
Straight outta Knoxville (Go Vols!), Erin’s professional life was born of her degree in Marketing with a minor in International Business.
After 8 years of working in Finance, the housing market crisis played a major role in Erin’s decision to change lanes. Inspired by her natural proclivity for people (further honed during her college years as a bartender), Erin’s move into automotive came via her mother, who recommended her to a local store’s General Manager. Since then, she has served as the store’s BDR before spending nearly a decade as a business development/internet manager. During her career, she implemented five BDC departments (building two of them from the ground up) and ran the marketing for two different dealerships, earning the title “Lincoln Legend” across the Lincoln brand.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys life and live music with her boyfriend, is passionate about fitness and her cat (appropriately named Lincoln), and is a diehard player of various NY Times games such as Strands, Wordle, and Connections.
A key point of pride for 5’ tall Erin? Having once worked for Disney World and being informed that she was “too tall” to play Mickey Mouse.
Cori Nicholson
Performance Manager
Cori brings a wide range of digital marketing and leadership experience to Wikimotive, with a career spanning customer support, project management, client strategy, and operations. She spent thirteen years with Dominion Dealer Solutions, where she held several roles including Support Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Writer, and QA. Most recently, Cori served as the Head of Client Results at AdeptPlus Marketing, building on additional experience as both a General Manager and Project Manager.
Throughout her career, Cori has developed a strong reputation for creating efficient processes, streamlining website launches, and helping teams navigate growth and change. She especially enjoys working with people and has a talent for translating complex marketing and analytics concepts into clear, actionable insights that clients and teammates alike can easily understand. Her combination of strategic thinking, operational experience, and people-focused communication makes her a valuable addition to the Performance Management team.
Outside of work, Cori enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible, whether she’s kayaking, hiking, traveling, or discovering great new restaurants – especially if Thai food is involved. Much of her free time revolves around her two sons, Ryker and Ayden, and the lively household they share with a full crew of pets. Cori has three adopted dogs: Duvall, a German Shepherd; Lassie, a Collie; and Old Man, a beautiful black mutt with Australian Shepherd vibes. Add in four mostly outdoor cats, and there’s rarely a dull moment at home.
John Ricci
Performance Manager
John brings more than a decade of marketing experience to Wikimotive, including several years working within the automotive industry and related fields. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong analytical mindset and a passion for using data to make smart, informed marketing decisions. Most recently, John served as a Strategic Lead at EmoryDay, where he helped guide strategy and performance through thoughtful analysis and collaboration. His combination of industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience makes him a valuable addition to the Performance Management team.
Known for his problem-solving approach and attention to detail, John enjoys digging into data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping turn insights into meaningful results. He values collaboration, continuous learning, and finding practical solutions that help clients succeed in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Outside of work, John enjoys creating and building things by hand whenever he gets the chance. A hobbyist woodworker and amateur blacksmith, he has crafted everything from cornhole boards and custom shelving to signage, side tables, and other furniture pieces. He’s also recently taken an interest in home alcohol making, experimenting with mead and apple cider recipes with plans to tackle beer brewing next. When he’s not in the workshop, John enjoys all things aviation and spending time with his two cats – one orange and one midnight black – who likely supervise his projects from a safe distance.
Cody Naccarato
Performance Manager
With over a decade of automotive marketing experience, Cody’s “past life” as the marketing manager of a Toyota/Hyundai store boasted two key accomplishments. First, he built the department from scratch. Second, the efforts he had led would earn his store praise and distinction as one of the best digital stores in the NY region. Needless to say, with his breadth of experience and motivation, we’re glad to have Cody as part of the Wikimotive team.
Feeling that many communities are underserved by local businesses that fail to prioritize their digital presence, Cody is passionate about connecting dealer clients with their customers and considers SEO to be “the great equalizer.”
When he’s not focused on those goals, Cody loves to spend time with his family and cat, Buddy. He is an avid fan of both the New York Yankees and New England Patriots, loves movies and video games, and––quite impressively––operates a charity marathon that has raised over $50K for Save the Children since 2020.
Josh Wynne
Performance Manager
With more than a decade spent in the automotive space, Josh joined Wikimotive with an expansive resume of experiences. His automotive journey started from the ground up in the parts warehouse of a Toyota Dealership. From there, he moved into a Delivery Specialist role in a Ford Dealership where he trained sales staff on vehicle technologies. With the knack for tech, Josh shortly became a Digital Marketing Manager for a 5 store automotive group, followed by a 4-year stint at one of the largest automotive website providers in the industry, where he worked with hundreds of dealers all around the country. Having racked up sufficient automotive “street cred”, Josh is a passionate musician outside of work who plays multiple instruments and enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, and his daughter Norah. He also enjoys hiking and (from time-to-time) coming out of “skateboarding retirement”.
Jen Odom
Strategic Account Manager
Jen brings a lifelong passion for marketing and a “give 110%” mindset to her work at Wikimotive. Her career began early, helping a forward-thinking business explore visibility on Google back in 2004—before it was even part of everyday language. Although she briefly considered a more adventurous path, one Marketing 101 class changed everything, sparking a passion that would define her career.
She earned her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of South Carolina Upstate and nearly completed her master’s degree at Clemson University before pausing her studies to focus on family. Along the way, a formative internship with a mentor deeply passionate about SEO solidified her desire to focus on digital marketing.
After gaining experience across several industries, Jen found her true fit in automotive digital marketing, where a customer-first approach and meaningful impact mattered most. After careful research, Wikimotive stood out as the company that aligned with both her values and her passion for the industry.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys giving back through volunteering and has earned the Gold Presidential Service Award. She’s a Girl Scout leader for her daughter’s troop, a regular at her son’s baseball games, and an enthusiastic college football fan (Go Clemson!). At home, Jen and her husband stay busy with their two kids, two dogs—Hunter and Tilley—and Teddy the bunny.
While life has slowed her down just a bit, she still has the heart of an adrenaline junkie, always ready for the next adventure.
Sommer White
Senior Strategic Account Manager
With over 16 years of comprehensive marketing experience across a diverse range of industries—including automotive, retail, entertainment, and hospitality—Sommer has established herself as a strategic leader with a passion for driving results. Her career spans both agency and client-side roles, working with notable brands such as Ashley Homestore, Dickey’s Barbecue, WWE, and Disney. For years prior to joining Wikimotive, Sommer dedicated her efforts to grow a multi-location dealer group comprising Cadillac, Chevy, Buick/GMC, and CDJR stores, honing her expertise in franchise and multi-point marketing.
Throughout her journey, Sommer has developed an innate ability to craft tailored strategies that empower individual locations to thrive within complex markets. Her leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of dealership culture and a commitment to uncovering actionable insights that inform sustainable growth. She thrives on building collaborative teams, fostering innovation, and elevating brand presence through innovative marketing solutions.
When she’s not shaping strategies or analyzing market trends, Sommer enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, lifting weights, throwing a frisbee for her dog Sully, or unwinding on patios with live music and a glass of wine with friends and family.
Zach Billings
Co Founder & CRO
You could say Zach’s career has been defined by asking “why not better?”—a question he first brought to retail automotive in the late 2000s, and later used to help reshape how the industry thinks about digital strategy. Seeing a need for real SEO in a landscape dominated by one-size-fits-all solutions, Zach co-founded Wikimotive to bring clarity, accountability, and measurable results to automotive marketing.
Today, as Co-Founder and CRO, Zach leads strategic partnerships, oversees company vision, and remains Wikimotive’s leading subject matter expert in SEO. Over more than a decade, he has helped guide the company to continual growth while ensuring the team’s white-glove service and technical excellence never waver.
A regular contributor to AutoSuccess magazine—including nearly a dozen cover features—and a mainstay speaker at national events like DMSC and MRC, Zach is known for cutting through jargon and delivering real-time, real-world marketing guidance. Whether leading workshops, hosting podcasts, or authoring articles, he stays focused on helping dealers understand today’s landscape—and stay ahead of tomorrow’s.
Zach lives in Texas with his wife Danielle (a fellow Wikimotive leader), their son Griffin, new daughter Zoe, and a small, happy zoo of dogs and cats. Together, they enjoy exploring the world, one family adventure at a time.
Danielle Billings
President
You might say that Danielle was “born and raised” in a dealership, having started clocking hours at just a few weeks old (under the skilled tutelage of her mother, an office manager). Always eager to help out, she would spend her youth in a constant state of learning and would go on to take her very first job at a local dealership, at age 15. From office assistant to title clerk, to finance manager, Danielle spent her first quarter-of-a-century immersed in dealership culture, at a number of levels.
But that’s not all. Danielle would also spend time in 12 countries across Europe, would teach English as a foreign language, and return home to shape young minds in various elementary grades here in the U.S.
Returning to her automotive roots, Danielle’s arrival at Wikimotive is fueled by her passion for analytics, and her lifelong enthusiasm for helping dealers reach their goals.
In her spare time she enjoys visiting craft breweries near and far, spending time with her son, daughter and husband, and going on family walks with the dogs.
Josh Billings
Chief Operating Officer
Josh cultivated the ability to provide leadership while operating as part of a larger whole after enlisting in the Israeli Defense Forces at the age of 18. After serving as Anti-Tank Infantry, he returned home, where his keen and flexible intellect helped define much of what Wikimotive would become.
Since early 2017, Josh has occupied almost every role within the company, helping to refine each one’s responsibilities and standards while serving as the template for our Production Specialists. He would then go on to manage the Support, Special Projects, and Development teams while also serving as the chairperson for Wikimotive’s team of departmental managers. Accessible, with a readiness to help wherever (and whenever) he’s needed, Josh is an invaluable resource for Wikimotive employees and dealer clients alike.
Outside the office, he enjoys adventures, travel, and building a life with Amanda—along with his dog “Goose” and a zoo of pets at home.
