Team Member Bio

Josh joined Wikimotive in 2019 bringing with him a unique blend of technical expertise, creative talent, and a passion for the automotive industry. Since then, he’s steadily grown alongside the company—first as a publisher, then leading the ever-growing publishing team, and now overseeing all stages of Wikimotive content production. His leadership is driven by a focus on collaboration, process improvement, and helping teams deliver exceptional work at scale.

Before making the leap into digital marketing, Josh spent 15 years building a career in the life safety industry, working across dispatch, remote services, data entry, contracts, and answering services. Those experiences sharpened his eye for detail, strengthened his love of problem-solving, and gave him an appreciation for efficient systems and reliable processes.

A lifelong Mazda enthusiast, Josh was originally drawn to Wikimotive by the opportunity to work in the automotive space. As a member of the New England Mazda Auto Club, he spent years modifying and fine-tuning cars, combining technical know-how with hands-on craftsmanship. That same curiosity and drive to improve things continues to shape his leadership style today.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their son, Leland. When he’s not with family, you’ll often find him exploring a creative outlet, whether that’s drawing, painting, working with ceramics, or capturing moments through photography. Whether he’s restoring a project car, solving a workflow challenge, or creating something from scratch, Josh brings both analytical thinking and creative perspective to everything he does.
