Team Member Bio

Maddie brings a unique mix of customer service, creativity, and organizational experience to Wikimotive. Her professional background includes roles as a Financial Customer Associate, a Graphic Artist, and, most recently, a Regional Barista Trainer, where she helped support team development and day-to-day operations across multiple locations. With experience balancing both people-focused work and creative problem-solving, Maddie is excited to bring her versatility and collaborative approach to the Support Team.

Known for her adaptability and attention to detail, Maddie enjoys finding ways to create smooth, positive experiences for both customers and teammates alike. Her background in customer support and training has helped her develop strong communication skills, while her creative experience adds an extra layer of thoughtful problem-solving to everything she does.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys time spent with her partner and their dog, Bentley, as well as playing video games. A lover of live music, she enjoys attending concerts, exploring creative outlets, and staying connected with the people and activities that inspire her most. Whether she’s working on artistic projects, discovering new coffee spots, or spending time with friends and family, she brings the same upbeat energy and creativity to her personal life that she does to her professional work.
